- NOTICE: Make sure your course is included in Cengage Unlimited before redeeming the code. In case you find out AFTER redeeming that your course is not included, the code is still considered sold, and we can’t allow a refund in this case.
- We do not refund if you activate the wrong access code instructions. So be sure to follow the activation instructions below:

- If you have any problems with the access code or the account you are registered with after using the access code. Please contact us directly via web chat or email. We guarantee professionalism as well as prompt processing times. If your access code is really problematic. We will redeem your access code immediately.
- If chatting offline. Please contact us via email.
- If you have completed the order and did not receive any email from us. It is possible that you entered the wrong email address or your email server rejected messages from us. Please email [email protected]. We will check and resend your access code immediately.
- If there’s any problem with the code or order, please get back to us by sent to email: [email protected] or web chat (if we a online). We will resolve between us. Please dont dispute with your bank, it will unnecessarily complicate the process. We are always here to resolve any problem.
- If your order status is “Pending payment“. With this case. You will likely see that the money has been deducted in your bank account. But we haven’t received the money yet. Because, Paypal is holding the money and preparing to send it to us. However, sometimes an error will occur if you see this status taking longer than usual (1 -> 2 hours) and paypal will automatically refund to you.
- If your order status is “On-Hold“. With this case. Paypal did receive the money, however, for some reason (safe, suspicious) that it would be on hold for a little longer. This can last up to 1 day. If it goes for more than 1 hour. Please contact us to lookup your transaction.
- Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return. Please don’t use your access code. We will check status of code before accept return.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (from 3 to 5 business days).
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
